Exploration and Oil & Gas Development – Qatar

Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, you will contribute directly to the development of Qatar Petroleum’s operated oil and associated gas fields.

With large datasets, and complex geological and geophysical scenarios as a Reservoir Engineer, with a minimum of eight years experience, you will undertake optimization and development plans within Qatar Petroleum’s Oilfields. Analyze reservoir and well performance data and develop reservoir surveillance programs, whist conducting reservoir management activities.

Petroleum Engineers will also have a minimum of eight years experience and will provide the support mechanisms for all aspects of drilling, well completion and work-over activities, from job design to on-site implementation. Conduct well surveillance, including performance modeling and interpretation.

Both roles will be able to experience working and integrating with multidisciplinary reservoir study teams.

Minimum academic requirement is a BSc in an appropriate Geoscience subject with a solid understanding of Schlumberger’s and other petrophysical, geological, and geophysical applications. Advanced degree desirable.
