Our company is looking for Customer Service Representatives with the desire to work inside a Services IT Company to be part of our Team.
In this position will be the major responsibilities to be the link between corporate US customers and our IT Business Unit.
Prerequisites:
Customer satisfaction oriented profile
Ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrate solid problem solving and resolution skills.
A business maturity in daily interaction with customers and peers will be highly appreciated
Advanced English level
No previous experience is required
