Gameloft, compañía líder de videojuegos para teléfonos móviles, incorporara un Selector de Personal para su estudio en Cordoba:

Role:
• Recruitment of top talents Manage the recruitment process : tests and interviews and administrative processes •Day to day employee relations including answering HR questions, fielding calls, and counselling and directing employees as appropriate. •Schedules exit interviews and prepares all required paperwork for terminating employee. •Assisting HR Specialist with administration duties. •Faxing and filing of documents and invoices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related major • Strong Ability to find the best places to advertise for specific jobs and maximise the application flow and quality • Good understanding of the job market for video games • Ability to evaluate the potential of a candidate • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization independently. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Visio a plus. •Good level in English. French is a plus
