Duties:
- Support for Customer Network Operations in the day by day activities, working in the NOC to perform the following activities:
- Support the Network Monitoring and Performance
- Support the day by day activities with the customer in the routine maintenance support, initial troubleshooting support and engineering support in the 3G RAN Platforms: Node B and RNC
- Support the daily Operations and Maintenance activities trough a competence transfer to the customer engineers to share the best practices, knowledge and suggest O&M Procedures for the day by day activities
Key Skills:
3G RAN Experience: Node B & RNC Network Elements
Experience in Operations and Maintenance, Troubleshooting, TIER II, Working in NOC handling 1st Line maintenance in the 3G RAN Systems
Experience in Commissioning, Integration, Software Upgrades in the 3G RAN Network Elements (Node B + RAN) 2 to 3 Years of Experience in 3G (Desirable) and minimum of 4 years in 2G GSM Experience.
*MUST BE FORMER OR CURRENT NOKIA EMPLOYEE
MUST ALSO HAVE:
- Experience of more than 3 years in NOKIA GSM BSC and BTS O&M, Care and Implementation
- Experience of more than 1 year in NOKIA 3G RAN: Node B and RNC O&M, Care and Implementation
Education:
BACHELOR DEGREE: Network Engineer
or equivalent
This is a contract through Gray Systems Argentina SRL.
The contract is for a minimum of 6 months.
Preferred knowledge of both English and Spanish.
