QA Engineer Lead / C++, Java/J2EE, Database, etc ---- JR-000235

Job Description :QA Engineer Lead will perform dual role as QA engineer and lead of small QA team within a custom OSS/NMS software development project. In this role, the candidate will interact with development team and project architect in verifying requirements, creating and running test cases, and creating test plans to validate the developed software
• Experience in development or testing the following technologies: C++, Java/J2EE, Database preferably MySQL, Web Services (SOAP/XML), Unix/Linux environment.
• Must have experience in testing of SNMP based systems.
• Must be able to work on aggressive project timelines, and communicate risks and issues to project lead/manager.
• Must have real-world enterprise or telecommunications software testing experience specifically in the area of FCAPS.
• Working knowledge any industry standard SNMP simulators and tools for testing Web Services (SOAP/XML)
• Experience leading QA/Testing teams.
• Strong analytical and technical ability
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized and detail-oriented personality.
