System Support Center Engineer
SEMI SR/SENIOR
Expirience Minimum of two years in similar areas.

Skills:
- Knowledge of software analysis and programming techniques
- Knowledge of aspects of the software engineering process
- Knowledge of software testing techniques and tools
- Basic knowledge of: SQL Server, Borland Delphi, C#
Languages:
Command of Spanish, and Oral and Written English business and technical
Available for international travel


Description of Main Responsibilities
- Perform 3rd level analysis of incidents sent via a notification system within the SLA parameters agreed with the client
- Request and organise R&D and SE support for high priority incidents
- Develop and implement workarounds for defects to maintain systems in operations
- Perform preventive maintenance activities and monitor the systems in operation to ensure availability and stability.
- Organise and monitor change and hot fix deployments into systems in operations
- Communication interface between customer, 2nd line support and R&D/PMO

Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM flexible
Location: Capital Federal, Argentina
Type of Contract: Full-time employee with permanent employment contract
Primary Responsibility / Purpose of the Job: 3rd line support of company AR systems in operation

Personal Qualities:
Proactive, methodical, ably to work in teams, good communication skills
Tools: Tools for Design, programming, version control y database management, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project.
