o At least 3 years of professional consumer web design experience.
o Expert in HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, Dreamweaver
o Working knowledge of Unix/Linux/FreeBSD
o Preferred knowledge of PHP/MySQL, Perl, Python, RSS, XML, AJAX
o Some familiarity with Web 2.0 Trends, SOAP, RSS and XML feeds and Web Services
o A computer science, webdesign, or engineering degree from a good university.
o An instinct for usability, UI, database design and highly efficient web platforms.
o An experience with Smarty Templates and Apache Configuration.
o Basic Photoshop skills and some experience with PhpNuke, Mambo, Drupal, OpenCMS
o Ethics and Ability to deliver the deliverables you promise on time.
