QA Engineer

o Four years of technical degree or equivalent work experience
o 3+ Years of experience in System Level Testing of 3-tier enterprise applications
o 3+ Years of experience in performance/scalability testing of enterprise application
o Mandatory experience in designing/creating test cases, test plans and finding bugs and prioritizing/monitoring bugs
o Experience in creating performance, scalability, functional tests for large scale enterprise applications
o Experience in gathering and analyzing software quality metrics through out the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
o Must be expert in setting up performance test environment and configuring applications and conducting performance tests
o Strong experience in using the tools (p4, Bugzilla or any bug tracking tool)
o Good experience in using Windows, Linux, Oracle, MySQL
o Good experience in shell, perl
o Testing web services application is a plus
o Excellent communication skills - written / verbal
